Operations are maintained target-side in Seoul, South Korea. While our data processing infrastructure is engineered for resilience, BaseCastMatrix does not guarantee 100% uptime due to the volatile nature of global matrix distribution networks.

In no event shall BaseCastMatrix, its executives, or its analysts be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our matrix analytics or decision-support tools. Your reliance on information provided via our platform is strictly at your own peril.
05. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Legal Jurisdiction: Seoul, South Korea
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of BaseCastMatrix.digital shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul 22.
